5 Ways Taking High Quality Multivitamins Changed My Health

At one time I used to think that I don’t need a multivitamin as I eat very healthy and I include plenty of superfoods in my diet. Plus, I never actually felt a real difference when I did take multivitamins. Prior to taking a high quality multivitamin, I had no idea that you truly should feel and see a difference from ingesting these nutritional gap fillers.

We don’t know what we don’t know, until we know. Am I right?

For most of my life I had taken various multivitamins on and off, yet it never was a full time lifestyle as like I said, I had not experienced any substantial benefits. That is, until I found a high quality multivitamin that was giving me results from the get go, and three years later I still continually see results. It is just a natural part of my everyday lifestyle now. Why would I ever not want to feel this good?

I will say, multivitamins do not make up for a bad diet. They are gap fillers and an addition to make a good diet – great! In this day and age it is no secret that our soil is depleted and so is the nutritional value of our foods. Adding in the vitamins to fuel our cells gives our body what it needs to combat what it’s missing. Feeding my cells this nutrition is also what aided my body to have a successful summit on Mount Kilimanjaro last year.

Here are 5 ways my health changed from taking a high quality multivitamin.

1. I have increased energy

This I noticed withing the first two weeks of taking the multivitamins. It was the first thing I noticed along with a general sense of more wellbeing. I was really surprised. Throughout the day my energy remains much more consistent. Instead of crashing and burning mid afternoon, I remain much more high every, alert and clear minded.

2. Clear skin and healthier hair

This has been a progressive change. Within the first month of me taking these multivitamins, people were commenting on how I was glowing and asking what I was doing different. As the vitamins I use work on a cellular level, they do say you will get a ‘glow’ after a period of time on them. Once people began to comment, I was suddenly aware of the glow they were talking about. Over the last three years my skin and hair look better then they did 10 plus years ago. I feel like they just keep getting better and better.

3. A more balanced appetite

This was unexpected. However, from providing my cells with the highest rated cellular nutrition, my appetite became much more balanced. I used to be plagued with cravings for sweet or starches, alot to do with being an emotional eater growing up and suffering from various eating disorders. My cravings completely plateaued and became much more natural to manage. I love how balanced my appetite now is.

4. Reduced stress and built my immunity

Stress is the number one killer in the world. Like a domino effect, if our body and minds are under stress, ailments will begin to arise and multiply. Stress also suppresses the immune system. Stress and immunity work hand in hand. By fueling my cells with the proper nutrition, it has assisted them in repairing, renewal and protection. Which in turn has reduced stress in my body and made my immunity even stronger. I rarely get sick and if I ever do, it’s just a touch of whatever flu is going around. A barely there touch.

5. Faster recovery after working out

This was a recent and very exciting discovery for me. I have gotten back into high intensity HIIT workouts lately. Things such as Orange Theory Fitness and Crossfit. Prior to this high quality supplement lifestyle, it would take days for my body to repair itself after some of these workouts. Literally, I would be hobbling around for days until my muscles bounced back. This was even though I was taking aminos and eating plenty of super foods. Now I do these workouts and no matter how intense they are, my body always bounces back in a day. I was blown away. I love high intensity workouts and I also love a fast recovery.

It is so important to know the quality of what we are putting into our bodies. Without even realizing it we could be putting our money down the toilet and getting no real beneficial results. I use this book that rates over 1500 supplement companies from the America’s edition. It is a great tool to know exactly where you are putting your money. Health is an investment and we want to be sure we are getting the most sound return.

No matter where in the world I am, my action steps to support my health and well-being always come with me. For myself there is no way I want to just let it all go because I am on a trip. Doing damage control when I get back is not my cup of tea. Although, I do of course end up indulging a bit more then usual when I am off adventuring.

That being said, my health kit is more stocked then anything else in my bag. Well, I do also have a soft spot for beauty products. At the moment I am traveling in Spain so I just ordered my vitamins to be delivered here as it is a non-negotiable in my lifestyle.

If you are interested in what I take, I use Usana. It is the highest rated supplement company in the world, and the results speak for themselves. I take my healthpaks daily as they have my minerals, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium and a cell booster pill(to take the cellular nutrition to an even deeper level).

The healthpaks are a bit more expensive then just buying the bottles of minerals and antioxidants. So, some months I will just buy the bottles if I am on a bit more of a budget.

Whatever your taking be sure to know the quality of your products as your body deserves the best. The better we are to our bodies, the better they will be to us in return. Because, without high quality health, we can not have a high quality life.

The Most Beautiful Village In Spain – Fornalutx, Mallorca

An idyllic mountain village sprawled in the mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana is precisely what you can expect when you visit Fornalutx. The spectacular views from the village are what dreams are made of.

When I was informed of this village that has claimed the title of ‘The most beautiful village in Spain‘ on two separate awards occasions, I knew I must see it for myself.

It is located very near to the town of Sollér on the west coast of the island. To reach Sollér from Palma you can drive or take a bus. I took the 40 minute bus ride which came to a total of €5.40 return trip, as I intended to walk from Sollér to Fornalutx. To reach Fornalutx you can also drive, however there is limited parking in the village, so in the high season this could be a problem. You can take a bus, or like I did, enjoy the beautiful 40 minute scenic trek from Sollèr. The scenery along the journey is in a sense – mindblowing. The picturesque landscape makes one feel as though you are walking through a real life painting.

The trails are very early marked so you will not get lost on the journey.

As I approached Fornalutx, the small village of 700 inhabitants that was sprawling down the mountainside looking so perfectly nestled between the mountains, I could not help but feel in complete awe.

I was surrounded by the many orange and lemon trees and the blossoming almond trees. It was pure magic.

The history of Fornalutx beginnings dates back to over 1000 years, to a time when it was an Arab farmstead. The gothic church in the village dates back to 1639. The villages architecture from the 13th century after the Catalan conquests has remained virtually unspoilt and is also why the village is known as an architectural jewel. At one time Fornalutx was actually a part of Sollèr, however in 1837 the village gained its independence.

Once you enter the village you will be welcomed by narrow winding streets, stone houses and the most beautiful stone steps.

The square known as Plaza de España has a couple of cafes, a small food store and a bakery. It is a great spot to just relax in the tranquil atmosphere. This is a small village however there are a good handful of restaurants to choose from. They range from local Mallorcan cuisine to Italian and Indian.

Fornalutx is also a great starting point for many exceptional hikes. It is right on the flanks of the Puig Major, which is the highest mountain on the island with an altitude of 1,445 meters. I did partake in a short 1 hour hike up a trail which brought to me an incredible view of the mountains and valley. The trails are easy to use as they are more like steps and very easy to navigate as they are also all marked.

After my hike, I sat on the terrace at the restaurant Ca N’Antuna where there was the most incredible view. It was the terrace that caught my eye as I was passing by and inclined me to go and bask on it. I did not actually eat here, I just enjoyed a nice cold caña. However, the menu boasted plenty of Mallorcan dishes and I was told they make an incredible paella.

I would absolutely set a whole day aside to come and enjoy the history, architecture, hiking and then finish it off with some local cuisine on a stunning terrace taking the unforgettable view. This whole experience had such a romantic feel. With a good selection of hotels for such a small destination, it makes for a great place to book a romantic getaway.

After visiting Fornalutx, I can absolutely see why it has won the title of ‘The Most Beautiful Village In Spain‘ on two different occasions. It is small on size and very big in beauty. An absolute bucket list must if you are visiting the island.

I Tried Six Forma Facial Treatments And Here Are My Results

Touted as a ‘non-invasive’ facelift, the Forma Facial is a favourite of many A-list celebrities. It uses radio-frequency to target deep in the layers of the skin to improve skin elasticity and help build collagen. Recently, I received 6 forma facials in Calgary, Alberta at Rejuve Your Body which is in Kensington. Rejuve is exactly as the name, the most amazing place to rejuve your whole body.

I was on the search for something that could help with the loose skin under my chin. I like to keep things as natural as possible, so the less cutting or injections was what I was after.

I actually had no idea what to expect when I headed in for my first treatment. Forma was something I had not even heard about prior to this. However, when Rejuve owner Elanna Halisky explained to me about it, and how it was non-invasive and simply assists your skin to tighten, tone and produce more collagen – I was in.

From the first time I walked in the doors, every person I came in contact with was incredibly welcoming at Rejuve. To me it makes a massive difference walking into a warm environment. The treatment starts at the doors.

Before you begin the treatment you use a cleansing cloth to clean off all of the makeup and dirt.

And then it’s go time.

The wand of the machine used to do the treatment heats up and a large gob of gel is placed on the end of it and on your skin. This gel barrier is what makes it possible for the laser to be on contact with your skin and then also gives it the ability to penetrate deep into the layers of your skin.

The treatment itself actually feels very warm and relaxing. The temperature strength is adjusted for each individual person’s needs. As I laid there with my eyes closed melting into the treatment, I felt a sense of relaxation over my whole body. It really does not take long at all, it is about 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the areas you are getting done. This is why the nickname is the ‘lunch break’ facial.

After the treatment your skin is slightly red, simply due to the heat from the machine. However, there are no other side effects, and you can immediately notice a tighter smoother look to your skin. Depending on your personal goals a series of 6 – 8 sessions is recommended for the most dramatic and long-lasting results. Luckily, Rejuve has packages that make this a much more doable process. I did 1 treatment a week for 6 weeks, and my results blew me away.

One thing I noticed after a few sessions was a renewed self confidence. Not that I lacked confidence before this, but it definitely brought it to another level. I never imagined a facial would do that for a person.

It has now been a month since my last treatment and my face just continues to change for the better. The forma facial tightened all my loose skin and as I am working out and eating healthy to transform my body, my face is following suit. I feel the forma facial gave my skin a massive boost which has enabled it to continue to progress and change. I am definitely a believer thanks to Rejuve Your Body.

Self care is always a good idea.

Waterton National Park – A Southern Alberta Gem

The windiest place in Canada. That is what Waterton National Park is known as being. Having clocked winds of up to 170km an hour. It is also known for its mind-blowing beauty. Prior to this trip, I had no idea of either of those things. How on earth did I not know?! Surely I have been living under a rock.

A short 3 hour drive from Calgary and you will find yourself in the little town of Waterton. The drive itself was beautiful. As you enjoy the country landscape, suddenly you find yourself amongst the wind farms.

20190526_144137.jpg

It was the first time in my life I was surrounded by so many wind turbines. So many firsts for me on this trip. It is incredible how majestic these turbines look and feel when you are up close and personal with them. I was in total awe.

As you head into the gates at Waterton National Park your eyes become immediately fixated to the view of the lake engulfed in the mountain range. It doesn’t take long for you to recognize that you are in a very special place.

IMG_20190525_082954_581.jpg

The first structure that greets you upon entering the town of just over 100 people is the iconic Prince of Wales Hotel.

20190612_165041.jpg

Established in 1927, it has an old world charm to it. It also has the most picturesque view in the whole town. It is as if you don’t want to blink, so you do not miss a moment of the splendour.

IMG_20190524_201040_067.jpg
Although sometimes you DO have to close your eyes and feel all the energy surrounding you.

The high tea at the hotel is something not to be missed. An elegant session of pure indulgence, with a view that is equally an indulgence for your eyes.

As you stroll through the quaint little town, the feelings of peace and tranquillity overcome you. My soul was feeling relaxed simply being amongst it all.

I stayed at the Bayshore Inn, which is a hotel that boasts lovely views of the lake. You are short walking distance to all the local restaurants, so it is not a problem to dine.

20190612_164056.jpg

Cameron Falls is a short walk from downtown, a beautiful spot where you can enjoy a bit of nature and take some nice photos while on a leisurely stroll.

20190525_125020.jpg

The area is known for its fantastic and very accessible hiking. It is amazing to see the aftereffects of the forest fire that nearly wiped out the town in 2017.

20190525_130037.jpg

20190612_163926.jpg

The charred remains with the blanket of regrowth sprouting from the earth show all too well just how big and scary that fire must have been. That being said, the hiking is still incredible. An activity you must partake in when in Waterton National Park.

IMG_20190526_103155_508.jpg

Hiking to Bertha Falls is a great 2 hour excursion that is the perfect way to spend a bit of your day. The sights along the way will not dissapoint.

IMG-20190525-WA0000.jpg

I happened to be there during the Taste of Waterton food festival and part of their festival includes a pie cruise on the lake. It is exactly what it sounds like, a boat ride with pie. This time was a very special cruise as Country music star Paul Brandt hosted it.

Paul Brandt spoiled us with some music, and we cruised over to the United States side of the lake and back.

20190612_170938.jpg

It was anyway exceptional way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Waterton National Park is a very special area. In some ways, I am glad I didn’t know about Waterton prior to this visit as the shock and awe of its beauty went far past what my expectations would have been if I had heard of it. It left my imagination wide open. A bucket list must for all nature enthusiasts.

If you would like to watch my vlog about the visit you can have a peak right here.

The Must-See Sights When Fall Makes A Brief Appearance In Calgary

Fall is such a spectacular time of year. With the leaves changing to hues of yellow, orange and red. The cooler crisp temperatures meaning more layers of style – which is always exciting. Plus Calgary’s skyline looks pretty picturesque from all of its colourful angles.

The only problem with fall is that it is far too short. It always feels that no sooner does it arrive, does it then finish. I make it a point to always be very mindful to get out and take it all in while I can. Especially being in Calgary, and knowing potentially fall will literally only make a peek-a-boo appearance.

The great thing about the city of Calgary is there are plenty of stunning spots to enjoy. It is so easy to take a leisurely stroll in the various areas of the city only to find yourself to get lost in it all and have suddenly spent the better portion of the day basking in its ambiance.

It is also very easy to take a couple short drives in a day to enjoy plenty of Calgary’s breathtaking beauty all in one go.

A great place to start is up at Cresent Heights. The view is spectacular.

You can park your car there for up to two hours, and then, take the stairs down, cross the bridge over the Bow River, where I highly suggest you stop for a moment to appreciate its beauty.

20181002_233156.jpg

20181002_233221.jpg

Then you can head straight into Prince’s Island Park.

20181002_233400.jpg

I absolutely love Prince’s Island Park.

It has such various charming factors to it, and when you are strolling through you suddenly no longer feel you are in the middle of a city. Rather you are transferred to a magical little naturistic getaway.

IMG_20181001_221905_730.jpg

The architectural masterpiece the Peace Bridge is a short walk through Prince’s Island Park.

20181002_234210.jpg

It was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Perhaps the fact that he is Spanish makes me a bit bias as to my grand appreciation for it. Spain is my other home.

That aside, it is a nice bridge to meander across.

While you are admiring bridges here in the city. It is also an easy and short trip to East Village, where there is another unique bridge surrounded by bike paths for you to cross.

20181002_232958.jpg

Climbing mountains and crossing bridges, that is what we do in life. Metaphorically speaking.

So go on then, what are you waiting for? Cross a few bridges in Calgary. You will not be disappointed.

From there it truly is only proper that you end the adventures by putting a cherry on top of your sightseeing day.

Or perhaps I should say a saddle. I mean this is Cowtown we are talking about.

Just another short jaunt from East village you will find yourself in the historic area of Inglewood. Where you will also easily find Scotsman’s Hill.

Here you get an unbelievable view of the Saddledome and Stampede Park, not to mention another angle to the shimmery city line.

The feeling up there is lush and serene. A whole mix of incredible things.

This is an extraordinary day of fall sights to take in, in Calgary. Believe me, it was a feast for the eyes the whole time.

Now let’s get back to the point about taking it in while you can. While it lasts. Within 24 hours of this day, winter arrived. With bountiful and colourful leaves still on the trees and fall begging to stay around longer. The snow just couldn’t resist flying.

It is amazing, in two days we experienced two seasons. Mother nature just loves pulling fast ones on everyone here in Calgary.

What can I say? Rain or shine, fall or winter – this city is a stunner.

9 Round – My Newest Workout Addiction

Happy endorphins, a good detoxing sweat, working your muscles, torching fat and getting your blood pumping. That is what a good workout is all about.

No matter where I am in the world, I love working out and keeping my body happy and healthy. We only have one body, and I intend to keep on adventuring the heck out of life, so my main source of transportation needs to be in tip-top shape.

I recently joined 9 Round at the Varsity location here in Calgary, Alberta. It is all about kickboxing, and up until this point in my life I had never done kickboxing, and I do love trying new things.

The best part is, is that it is only a 30-minute workout. Don’t let that fool you though, it is tough. You will get your butt kicked.

Every day the workout changes so you never plateau, the staff are phenomenal at this location(which is why I chose this location), and as per the name, you do 9 rounds, and each round is 3 minutes.

You can also wear a heart rate monitor to track that you stay in the fat burning zone, so you will then also know you will get the afterburn where your body will continue to burn extra calories after your workout.

20180920_171237.jpg

It is amazing how long 3 minutes can feel when you are pushing through some of the exercises.

Another realization I had was that I never knew that kicking and punching a bag could be so much fun! Seriously if you are feeling any sort of stress, then this is the best way to get rid of it. It is so satisfying.

Before you get going you have to get geared up.

20180927_123207.jpg

I feel so cool and badass when I have all my gear on.

IMG_20180831_160902_942.jpg

It’s the simple things in life really. Like wearing a pair of boxing gloves.

There have been days since starting that I have not been able to walk the day after. Which is awesome! And because you are having so much fun doing it you don’t really notice how hard you are working.

So many people get these incredible results from doing this workout, I am excited to see what my progress will look like.

Yes! To awesome gyms and always striving to be a better YOU today than yesterday.

Diaries Of A Road Trip From Alberta To Utah

Cruising down the open road of adventure with the tunes blasting is one of the most soul-soothing places to be.

I have done one road trip in the United States prior to this one, and it was from Texas to Arizona. I had such an incredible time that I knew right then I would be embarking on some more adventures on the USA highways. There is a lot to see, and I really dislike missing out on things in life. It is kind of a pet peeve.

This time around the trip began in Calgary, Alberta and finished in Salt Lake City, Utah. Aside from the smoke from the forest fires, the conditions were pretty amazing.

Before even departing from Canada the sights were pretty pristine. First stop was at Lundbreck Falls near to Pincher Creek in Southern Alberta. The Crownest river flows right over into the canyon below to create these small but mighty falls.

IMG_20180823_125903_876.jpg

It is a great opportunity to take a swim or simply kick your shoes off and dip your toes in for a nice refresher before hitting the highway again. There is also a campground in the area if you feel like sticking around for a while.

From there it is not a long drive before you reach the US/Canada border. Even though I am a world traveller, the excitement of crossing a border into a new country gets me every time. The appeal just never wears off.

So yes, I was excited! To say the least. It was as if I was off on my first adventure once again.

Hello Montana!

IMG_20180814_195439_226.jpg

Now let me tell you about our initial experience with Montana.

It started off really exciting. Not long into our time there we came across this very interesting historical spot. It was a stunning spot. Minus the smoke.

Then, we drove, and drove, and drove some more. We saw plenty of prairie land. As the day was turning into night and we had driven for hours, plus we were hungry, we pulled into a place called Great Falls. It was about 9 pm, and everything was closed. There was barely any people or vehicles, yet there were loads of police patrolling around. It was a bit eery, so we left. Perhaps it is actually very amazing and we just arrived there at a quiet time. Something I am not sure I will ever be back figure out.

From there we drove on to Helen the capital of Montana. We figured surely it is the capital city so there would be lots going on there…. Alas, it was also deadsville. There was nobody around, most things were shut, there were not even lights on in houses and it was only 11pm. All we could find open was a Mcdonalds, so that is what we settled for as our stomachs were gnawing away at us.

Just outside of Helen we found a roadside turnout which is where we decided to sleep for the night. Thank goodness for having a jeep with a back seat that folds down.

Would have been a little more comfortable if I had of remembered a foamy.

We hit the road bright an early at 6 am and let me tell you, we were not in prairie land anymore.

Lining the highways were rocky hills, looking totally majestic and awe-inspiring. It was pitch black the night before and all we could see was the fluorescent markers on the road.

What a pleasant surprise in the morning to see what we were amidst. The landscape changed from the rocky hills to tree blanketed mountains.

20180815_114107.jpg

Suddenly you could see people fly fishing in the river, and the magic of Montana was taking over. I was worried there for a bit.

20180815_114114.jpg

The fact that Yellowstone National Park was so close, and the opportunity to enter yet another state on this adventure, we clearly had no choice yet to take another detour. So off to Wyoming it was!

I had never researched Yellowstone National Park or seen photos, or even knew what to expect what-so-ever. I knew I had definitely heard of it and I was totally looking forward to the spontaneous adventure.

Once again, I was blown away.

The best part is, is when you go into something with no expectations, then there is no room for a letdown, and only room to be amazed.

From the minute we entered the park, it was a smorgasbord of the mother natures finest offerings. My jaw had to be picked up off of the floor a few times.

The Paint Pots are especially memorable. Throughout the whole park there are several dispersed collections of geothermal features which is an expression of Yellowstone’s volcanism, of which the paint pots are most popular. They are like nothing I have ever seen before. I actually didn’t even know things like this existed prior to this visit.

No two features are exactly alike, and they range from those that have a lot of water(hot springs and geysers), and those that have a limited amount of water(mud pots and fumaroles).

20180903_131931.jpg

20180903_131845.jpg

There is a beautifully built path so you can walk along and take in all of the majestic power and incredible beauty of this amazing display.

20180815_141225.jpg

20180815_140938.jpg

20180815_140840.jpg

We arrived early in the day and the parking lot was already full! It is a popular spot, which is something to keep in mind.

From there you can take another short drive to Yellowstone Lake, which is the largest body of water in Yellowstone National Park. It is a perfect location to just sit and take in the sights, or dip your toes in the water for a little refresher.

IMG_20180830_115649_049.jpg

What a treat that little pit stop in Yellowstone National Park was!

From there it was a short cruise to Idaho, where you can take a moment to appreciate Idaho Falls.

20180924_164025.jpg

Another very unique destination where there are waterfalls that were created by a diversion dam for a hydroelectric power project.

20180924_164052.jpg

20180924_164038.jpg

They are quite long and very different from any waterfalls I have ever seen.

The cherry on top of this spectacular road trip cake was cruising around Salt Lake City on scooters. Not only was I blown away at how clean and tranquil the city felt, but I was also super excited to see these little joy rides.

IMG_20180818_143148_297.jpg

This seriously rocked my world. I had no idea I would have so much fun burning around on these.

The coolest part was that you use an app to rent them, and you just pick them up and leave them anywhere and everywhere. There are no particular spots for them. So if you are walking along and suddenly realize you need to get somewhere, or you no longer feel like walking, you just sign on on your app and take off.

Road tripping in the United States just continually proves to be epic time and time again. It is hard not to anticipate the next one.

Say yes to adventure! You never know where it will lead you.

A Day At The Derby – Packwood Grand

Derby’s and the idea of a derby just totally exudes class. At least to me, that is. I always see photos of my friends in England attending various derby’s and it has always seemed so appealing to me. The hats(fascinators), the dresses, the bubbly. After all, my blog wouldn’t be ‘Barefoot & High Heeled’ if I never donned some heels every now and then. I do love a reason to dress up!

Here in Calgary, Alberta, there is a yearly derby that began approximately 5 years ago. It is called Packwood Grand and is held at the Century Downs Racetrack & Casino. A classy event such as this in Calgary?! My attention was peaked a few years ago when I first caught wind of it. So, on the radar, it went!

This year as I am in Calgary, the time had come to attend.

20180728_123944.jpg

Of course, VIP was the only way to go, and so was taking the coach straight from downtown to the event.

Yes, I can honestly say, that is the first time in my life I have been on a bus that was totally full of people in their classy derby attire.

Upon arrival, it was all about the red carpet. There were a few different backdrops to choose from, and it felt fabulous to get our poses on.

 20180728_122311.jpg

After the red carpet, we strolled across the track over to the VIP section where it was all about Veuve champagne, horse betting, and appreciating the endless amazing fashion.

The sun was beaming down, yet it did not feel unbearably hot, which was amazing! There would not have been anything worse than having all my hard work melt off of me in the scorching sun. The sweaty, shiny look – super attractive.

It was an afternoon event, from 1 – 6pm and the whole afternoon flew by! It was way too much fun. Mingling, laughing, sipping on classy cocktails and doing a bit of dabbling in some bets while gentlemen in their charming suits smoked cigars. It was as though I was transported to a totally different time and place.

I absolutely have a new found love for attending Derby’s. I was very impressed with Packwood Grand and if I happen to be in Calgary next year, you can bet I will attend this event again.

Chasing Goals, Being Vunerable and Owning Life

The number one reason we do not create the life of our dreams is that we allow fear to hold us back. Fear of success, fear of judgement, fear of unworthiness. The majority of the time we would rather live in complacency, never feeling truly fulfilled in life rather than getting uncomfortable and making magic happen in our lives.

What if we just dropped fears and limiting beliefs, got out of our own way and just ran the race straight to our greatest desires. What if we then totally blew ourselves away and what we were able to accomplish?! How about finally excepting that we are all worthy of greatness and there is an endless supply of abundance out there for us to tap into.

There was a time where I pushed myself to the ultimate limit. I did the highest commercial bungee jump in the world located in South Africa.

t3

I will never forget how terrified I was. I stood at the edge, putting every effort in to back out. Yet the guys working the jump gave me such amazing support. They talked me through it and would not let me give up. They wanted to see me succeed.

As soon as I was able to overcome my mental limitations and jump off the edge, the feeling of total freedom came over me. An incomparable feeling.

bungya

I had tears of joy at what I had accomplished within myself, and I could not stop thanking those guys when I arrived back up on the ledge.

They had just assisted me in one of the biggest transformations of my life. Overjoyed was an understatement.

I am now on the most incredible and powerful personal development journey of my life. In my journey, I have found my value. Found my voice. For too long in my life, I was allowing myself to feel unworthy, afraid of success, and I would be very hard on myself. I never would go as far as I knew I was capable of. I am sure many of you can relate to those feelings.

I know that the more I become the best version of ME, the more I am able to create a ripple effect to inspire others just like YOU to become your best. Life is a gift, and so is each one of us.

I have been setting crazy goals on this personal development journey. One’s that scare me and seem unachievable. Those are the best goals to make.

I now feel like I am back on that edge of that bungee jump. Because being this vulnerable is truly scary as heck. Yet unless you put what you want out there in the open, you will never get it.

When we choose to make magic happen in our lives, we truly can. People truly want to see each other succeed in life, no one ever gets anywhere alone.

You will be amazed at how people will willingly show up to support you if you put yourself out there and be totally vulnerable. This is to show everyone what we are all truly capable of when we put down the fear of judgement of being seen, claim what we want, and just be open to the universal flow.

By being the best version of YOU possible, you are actually being of service to the world. As by being that amazing unapologetic you, you will create a ripple effect that will inspire and build up others to do the same.

Here is to making the impossible – possible.
